Our client is a fast growing investment sales property company, with a huge market presence in the middle east. After growing from strength and strength, they are now expanding their dynamic sales team, based in their new swanky office in central Manchester.

Working within their highly successful sales team, you will be responsible for selling off plan investment properties, to clients in the UK and globally. Our client has an impressive portfolio of UK based stock and with an average unit commission of £3000 – £4000k, they can offer what is probably the most lucrative commission in the current market.

Due to consistent growth and expansion plans for the future, they are looking for an exceptional sales-person who is a confident negotiator and can build relationships with new and existing investment clients. This is a fast paced, target driven role and we are looking for high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive investment sales market.

Offering a basic salary of £27-£30k, with a very realistic OTE of £150,000, plus additional rewards, incentives and career progression opportunities.
