Client-Side: Property Asset Management – Senior or Associate

The Client & Opportunity:

Our client is a leading investor within commercial and residential real estate, that is looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor or Associate based in Leeds.

Being responsible for the management of various schemes across its’ extensive portfolio you shall work across a variety of sectors including retail, office, hotel and residential.

This is a broad role, which includes but is not limited to:

• asset management
• acquisitions and disposals
• refurbishment projects and,
• assistance in large scale redevelopment.

Remuneration

• Salary from £45,000 to £65,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Healthcare
• Pension
• 26 Days holiday plus bank holidays
