Cost Management Director – Pharmaceuticals

We are looking for a Director with a proven track record in the delivery of Biotech / Life Sciences projects. You will be a creative problem solver, able to provide clear and concise advice to clients and stakeholders, and have the ability to engage and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.

You will be a self-starter with an eye for detail and the ability to identify risks and mitigate accordingly. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a wider team.

Essential:

• MRICS or similar, Quantity Surveyor
• UK based experience gained within a consultancy, or developer/end user
• Leadership and team development experience
• A passion and proven track record gained within life sciences or Pharmaceuticals
