Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Project or Senior level quantity surveyor, you will be working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy office, delivering a range of projects in the higher education, healthcare, residential, logistics, infrastructure and defence sectors. You will be a key part of an experienced team and have the opportunity to develop your career with ongoing training and development.

In addition to your degree qualification in a RICS accredited subject and MRICS status, you will also need to demonstrate a proven track record of technically complex projects gained in a consultancy environment. You must also have knowledge of NEC 3 / 4 and JCT contract administration.

The successful candidate will be an articulate professional, capable of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as being commercially aware with excellent negotiation and organisational skills. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a proactive and engaging personality, with strong communication and IT skills.
